What Can You Expect From a Coaching Session
1. Coaching sessions are all about you and how we can work together to help you be successful.
2. First, we do an assessment and have an initial conversation with you to learn what problems you'd like to address and what goals you have.
3. Based on our conversation, we tailor the coaching session to meet your needs.
4. During a session, we work with you to develop an action plan to address your most important goal or problem from the initial assessment. We also work with you to develop a meal plan. You'll have a chance to sample a healthy food item of your choice. This is always the fun part! At the end of the session, you will have the tools you'll need to get started and to be successful.
5. If you desire extra support, the premium package includes 2-30 minute follow up calls to help you stay on track, make adjustments or develop next steps.
